Adding a file for translation
Click the "Choose a file" button on the New order page in Nitro.
Select "Upload from your computer" and add a file you want to translate.
In the pop-up window that appears, you'll see default file encoding and the text that was found in the file and will be sent for translation. If the text is not displayed correctly, change the file encoding in the drop-down menu.
A .txt file is a standard Windows text document that contains unformatted text. All text in the .txt file is processed as text for translation.
When the translation is complete, you'll receive a .txt file with the translation and identical formatting.

Receiving your finished translation
Once the translation is complete, you'll receive the file back with the same formatting. We will send you an e-mail notification with a link to the file with the translation.
The file also will be accessible in your Nitro account:
Open Nitro.
Go to the Orders page.
The completed order with the translation will be the first item in the Completed table.
