Ability to edit a source file in Nitro: no
Can be translated via Nitro API: no
Maximum file size: 30 MB
Open the Google Doc you want to translate, then select the "Anyone on the internet with the link can view" access option, or give "Viewer" access to [email protected].
Copy the link to this Google Doc.
Click the "Choose a file" button on the New order page in Nitro.
Select "Add Google Docs" and paste the link to the Google Doc.
Click "Add".
You won't be able to add a link to a Google Doc if access to it isn't set to "Anyone on the internet with the link can view" or "Viewer" access isn't granted to [email protected].
All the text in the document, including text in tables, will be translated.
Please note that we do not translate any images or text contained within an image. Comments added to your Google Doc won't be translated either. If you would like to write comments to the translator, please add them to the "Context & Comments" field on the New order page.
When the file is translated, layout and formatting is automatically saved. Nitro will identify and transfer:
Different fonts and text sizes
Different text and highlight colors
Text alignment
Page breaks
The position of images, tables and diagrams
Diagrams and images cannot be translated. Only the document's actual text is translated.
Once the translation is complete, you'll receive the file back with the same formatting. We will send you an e-mail notification with a link to the file with the translation.
The file also will be accessible in your Nitro account:
Open Nitro.
Go to the Orders page.
The completed order with the translation will be the first item in the Completed table.
Translators can't edit your file or add a translation to it. The result is a translated document, not a translation that's been inserted into it.
You will have "Viewer" access to the translated file. If you need "Editor" access, simply make a copy of the file.
